The Neotropical Migratory Bird Conservation Act Advisory Group (Advisory Group) meets as necessary if the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service needs advice on progress toward achieving program goals and neotropical migratory bird conservation priorities, conducting outreach to partners to encourage collaboration and cooperative planning towards program goals, providing a long-term strategic vision, and communicating the need for program support.
