Our Programs

Partners and Intergovernmental Affairs is part of the larger External Affairs program in headquarters, along with Public Affairs, Congressional and Legislative Affairs, and Marketing Communications. 

We also house the Environmental Justice and Nontraditional Partners and Communities programs.
