Big Oaks National Wildlife Refuge

This trail follows an old road from a parking pull-off on NE Exit Road just south of the Heron Inlet Road.

This trail starts on the Big Tree Point road north of the kiosk. It goes to an observation platform on the edge of Old Timbers Lake and then makes a look through a woods.

The Bluff trail follows an old, unmaintained road to a scenic bluff. The parking spot for this trail is on L road.

This trail is only open when the lodge is open. The trail starts near the south end of the lodge and loops around through a woods by Graham Creek.

This trail is only open when the lodge is open. The trail goes north from the lodge parking area and crosses a pond dam.

This trail is presently closed except for special activities and special permit. The trail starts at a pull-off on East Permeter Road (near Michigan Road) and winds south ending on a gravel road that connects with East Permeter Road. The trail meanders through old fields, grasslands, and woods and reaches the edge of Big Creek.

This trail starts at the kiosk on Big Tree Point Road and goes to a photo blind on Old Timbers Lake.
