Overview
Lysimachia venosa is a shrub in the Primulaceae (primrose) family, 50 to100 cm (1.6 to 3.3 ft) tall or possibly taller. The leaves are well-spaced, alternate, coriaceous (leathery) and 0.6 to 11 cm (0.2 to 4.3 in) long. Flowers are solitary in the leaf axil and the corolla color is dark red. Fruit and seeds have not yet been described.
