My work focuses the Natural Resource Damage Assessment and Restoration process for the Old and New lead belts in Southeast Missouri, which involves 1) assessment and quantification of injuries to natural resources resulting from the release of hazardous substances 2) pursuing claims against potentially responsible parties for damages based on natural resource injuries, and 3) developing and implementing restoration activities to compensate for injured natural resources and their services.
