About Regan McNatt

Regan started on as the Deputy Project Leader for the Western Washington Fish and Wildlife Conservation Office in July of 2022.  Prior to that, she worked for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for 20 years as a supervisory fish biologist focusing on juvenile salmon in the lower Columbia River and estuary. Her research interests include juvenile salmon habitat use, residency, and growth in addition to restoration evaluation and ecological interactions between hatchery and wild Chinook.  Outside of work, Regan likes to spend her time outdoors in her garden or exploring local hikes and bike trails with her husband and two children.
