Landscape paintings of Plum Island and the Merrimack River by Newburyport artist Alan Bull are on view at the Parker River Wildlife Refuge’s Visitor Center during the month of February as part of the Refuge’s Artist of the Month program.
For the past thirty years, the New England landscape has inspired Bull, a native of Old Town, Maine. In addition to paintings, his work includes murals, and illustrations. It has been seen in feature films, children’s books, on album covers and in print media, including Architectural Digest, the New York Times and the Boston Globe.
Alan Bull offers classes and workshops locally and throughout New England. For more information please visit www.alanbull.com or Instagram @abullstudi.
