Join us in making wildlife-themed Mother's Day cards! All card-making supplies will be provided.

We will also be providing guided walks on the refuge at 1:30PM and 2:00PM, no advance registration required.

This event is in celebration of the reopening of trails at Wapato Lake National Wildlife Refuge - each year, we close the trail during the months of December and January for our hunt season and to ensure visitor safety. 

Huge thank you to our partner, Gaston Fire District for hosting us for this event! There will be plenty of parking available in the Wapato Lake NWR parking lot (gravel lot next to the fire station station).
