Welcome to Winter Wildlife Field Days 2022!
We are excited to bring you 31 days of nature and adventure! The theme this year is Nature Night and Day. Twenty-one community partners created dozens of things for you to do over the course of the month:
crafts, science experiments, owl hikes, story times, nature field guides, scavenger hunts, animal hide-and-seek, educational videos, games and pop-up activity stations.
The Nature Explorer Guide is available online and for pick-up in Corvallis City Parks and the Ankeny Hill Nature Center. It will help you navigate through all of the Winter Wildlife Field Days' activities and serve as a mini nature notebook.
We will also have Field Stations with activities, live birds and give-aways on different days and times throughout the month of March. Stop by and pick up special event stickers and even dissect an owl pellet. Whoooooo did that owl eat? Once you find out, feel free to take the skeleton you create home with you!
Everything is in both Spanish and English. We're so happy to bring this bilingual nature event to you!

¡Estamos emocionados de traerles 31 días de naturaleza y aventura como parte del evento de este año! El tema de este año es La Naturaleza Noche y Día. Vienteuno socios de la comunidad están creando docenas de actividades para que hagan en el transcurso del mes: manualidades, experimentos, videos, caminatas de búhos, tiempos de cuentos, guías de campo, búsquedas del tesoro y juegos.
Nuestra Guía de Exploradores de la Naturaleza estará disponible en línea y en Corvallis City Parks y Ankeny Hill Nature Center este año. Tendremos estaciones de campo alrededor del condado de Benton en diferentes días y horas donde puede recoger pegatinas e incluso diseccionar un pellet de búho. ¿Qué se comió ese búho?
