Range-wide Indiana Bat and Northern Long-eared Bat In-lieu Fee Program Instrument

This Amended and Restated In-Lieu Fee Program Instrument (“Instrument”) for the Range-Wide Indiana Bat and Northern Long-Eared Bat In-Lieu Fee Program (“ILF Program” or “Program”) is established by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (“USFWS”) in agreement with the Program Sponsor, The Conservation Fund (individually a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), regarding the establishment, use, operation, and maintenance of the Program. The original In-Lieu Fee Program Instrument (“Original Instrument”) was effective on July 25, 2017.
