Two Rivers Wind Energy Project

Project Description

In response to the applications from Two Rivers Wind, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of BluEarth Renewables US, LLC, the Fish and Wildlife Service and the Bureau of Land Management are publishing a draft Environmental Assessment (EA) and seeking public comment on the proposed project. The draft Environmental Assessment would include two 30-year incidental eagle take permits (IETPs) under the Eagle Act.

The combined 79-wind turbine project is being proposed on 20,157 acres of the Two Rivers Ranch (private), interspersed with parcels of land administered by the State of Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI), and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Rawlins Field Office, located in Carbon and Albany Counties, Wyoming.

The 30-day public comments period of the draft EA document begins on November 9, 2022, and ends on December 9, 2022.
