U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Employees 

Summary and Objectives:

Are you looking for tools to create a “win-win” environment for personal and professional relationships?  Everyone has the potential to be a winner!  DISC gives you powerful tools to increase your understanding of yourself and others while decreasing misunderstandings. In this training participants will examine how you respond in situations, perception of environment, and perception of one’s self.  The training will emphasize the personal benefits of DISC. Participants will work individually and in small groups to work through several activities. Participants will get the opportunity to evaluate and analyze their DISC Report.  

Participants are expected to complete the DISC assessment at least one week before training.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify your personal style.
  • Recognize and appreciate the behavioral design of others. 
  • Discern ways to adapt for enhanced communication, understanding and relationships.
