COURSE SESSION

Target Audience: 

FWS EMPLOYEES/AFFILIATED PERSONNEL ONLY who operate Service-owned, leased, or rented snowmobiles. Contact your appropriate Regional Heavy Equipment Coordinator to register for the course 

Summary and Objectives: 

This course is designed to provide operators of snowmobiles with the skills and knowledge necessary to operate a Snowmobile vehicle in a safe and responsible manner. Provides operators with the skills and knowledge necessary that will allow them to make informed decisions about their own safety, the safety of all around them and the safe operating techniques of Snowmobiles. Allows attendees to demonstrate through written and actual demonstration, that they have the skills and knowledge to safely operate a Snowmobile in accordance with Service policy, manufacture specifications and industry best practices.
